Most single-storey rear extensions fall under Permitted Development and don't need a planning application — but it depends on depth, height and your property type. We'll advise when we visit. If planning permission is required, we can point you to a local agent.
Yes. We visit, look at the job properly, and give you a written quote — no charge, no obligation. We don't quote off photos or rough descriptions because that leads to surprises later.
A typical single-storey rear extension runs 8–12 weeks from groundwork to handover. Larger or two-storey projects take longer. We give you a realistic programme before we start and we stick to it.
Yes. MJA Construction is fully insured for public liability. Mark holds a City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 qualification in bricklaying and has 25 years of hands-on experience.
